~Yarrow is native to Europe, Asia, and North America. It was often used in traditional folk practices to help regulate menstruation, and to strengthen the uterus. Yarrow was also widely used by Greek culture for it's effectiveness in stopping bleeding and for healing wounds. Yarrow is antiviral, antifungal, antibacterial, boosts immunity, and reduces inflammation. Additonally it is a pain reliever, increases cellular function, promotes blood flow, aids sleep.
