~Yarrow is native to Europe, Asia, and North America. Named by the Greeks yarrow had an important role in it's ability to stop bleeding both internally and externally. It also promotes cellular growth and function which helps to reduce scaring. It is antiviral, antifungal, antibacterial, and reduces inflammation. Additonally yarrow is a pain reliever, and promotes circulation.
~Nettle is native to Europe, Asia, Northern Africa, and western North America, and is a nutrient dense herb which helps to regulate sebum and is antibacterial therefore beneficial to acne or oily skin. Nettle can help purify and eliminate toxins, which can lead to healthier-looking skin.
