It's herbal actions are oily, bitter, and warming, and is good for stagnation in gut, liver, gallbladder, lymph, extra cellular fluid, kidney and skin.
~Nettles are native to North America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. They were widely used in folk traditions of Native Americans, Celts, Norse, Germamic and various European traditions for healing, spiritual uses, and medicinal applications. Nettles are a highly nutritive food-herb, possess anti-inflammatory properties, suppot healthy detoxification of the liver, kidney, lungs, urinary tract, and are anti-bacterial and anti-fungal.
~Hyssop is native to Southern Europe, and the Middle East. It's origins of use date to ancient Greece, Egypt, the Middle East and Tibet as one of the most powerful ritualistic purification herbs for sacred sites.
