The Women's Formula is supportive to the different stages of a woman's development. The various herbal ingredients are synergistically blended to positively affect sexual and reproductive health, balance hormones, regulate the menstrual cycle, and ease menopausal symptoms such as mood swings and hot flashes.

~Angelica archangelica is native to  Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Iceland, Russia, and Greenland. In the indigenous traditions of the Sami it was used to help facilitate shamanic journeying and protection, while the Lapplanders believed angelica prolonged life and eliminated contagens. Medicinally angelica is one of the most powerful herbs for women's health as it helps bring circulation to the uterus, relieves menstrual cramping, pms, and regulates the female cycle.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine angelica is believed to be supportive of the kidneys, and a superior remedy for convalescence. Angelica's herbal energetics are warming and diffusive therefore it is known to move the fluids of the body including the blood, lymph, plasma, bile, and phlegm thereby facilitating detoxification, and improved circulation. It is tonic to the nervous system and supports nervous exhaustion and tension. ~Motherwort is native to Central Asia and southeastern Europe. The ancient Greeks called motherwort, "lion's heart", and used it for emotional and physical problems of the heart. In China, it was used for longevity, and Native American traditions used it for women's health issues, digestion, and relaxation. For women's reproductive health motherwort is tonifing to the uterus and balancing to women's hormonal changes including pms, menopause, and regulates menstruation.

As a powerful heart and cardiovascular tonic, motherwort can be helpful where stress is directly affecting the heart. It has a calming action on the smooth muscles of the heart, and is a mild vasodilator helping to slow the heart beat or palpitations. Additonally, motherwort acts on the digestive tract and liver, helps support the nervous system, is anti-inflammatory, and antispasmodic.

~Damiana is native to Mexico, South and Central America, Caribbean, and the United States (Texas). It's historical folk use dates back to the both Mayan and Aztec cultures and into present day Mexico as an aphrodisiac and was called flor de amor” or “flower of love". It was used in religious ceremonies to induce euphoria or heightened levels of consciousness, and promote deeply relaxed states. As a mood lifter it has an affinity for balancing the nervous system, and aids in increasing stamina.

Damiana is known as a woman's herb in that it positively affects female sexual health, balances hormones, brings blood flow to the uterus, and provides support in menopausal symptoms such as mood swings and hot flashes. Additonally, damiana also supports respiratory health, improves digestion, offers mild pain relief, and is antifungal and antibacterial.

~Hops are native to Europe and western Asia, and used in folk traditions for relaxation, indigestion, and inflammation. Hops are a sedative nervine and act as a relaxant, sleep aid, and to relieve muscle and nerve pain. For women's health, hops are pyto-estrogenic and help support hormonal imbalances such as menopausal and pms symptoms.
