2 fluid ounces (60ml)

~Lemon Balm is native to the Mediterranean, Southern Europe, Iran, and Central Asia. It has has been cultivated and used medicinally in the Mediterranean for at least 2000 years to lift the spirits,  heal wounds, and treat insect bites. In the Middle Ages it's primary role was as a calming tonic, and as a digestion aid.
It also had spiritual and emotional significance, and was associated with the divine feminine. It was considered sacred in the temple of the ancient Roman goddess Diana.

Lemon Balm is most commonly used for stress, nervousness, and mood disorders due to its uplifting, yet calming tendencies in both adults and children. It acts on the nerves and is a calming agent. Nervous disorders that affect the stomach greatly benefit from lemon balm helping the body to digest food more effectively, and decreasing painful spasms.

Lemon Balm has clincally been shown to have antiviral agents helpful in healing cold sores and herpes, as well as flu, colds, and fevers. Other applications include for use with headaches, vasodilation, respiratory issues, dizziness, blood pressure regulation, insect bites, skin infections, memory retention, and as a tonic for the female reproductive system.

~The Kava plant is native to the Pacific Islands, and has a long tradition of use in religious ceremonies, political and social rites, and as a medicinal substance. Spiritually, Kava is believed to connect to the spirit world and acts as a conduit to higher realms of consciousness.

Kava has a sedative action and slows down the central nervous system, helps with sleep, calming the nerves, elevating mood, and promoting relaxation. Kava can be also be used for the mucus membranes of the digestive, urinary, and reproductive tracts as it reduces inflammation. Additionally kava is an overall powerful muscular relaxant helping to reduce pain, tension, and spasm.

~Catnip is native to Europe and Asia, where it was long used in cooking and herbal medicine. Catnip was naturalized to North America and used by Native American people such as the Cherokee and Iroquois as a tonic, relaxant, and digestive aid for both adults and children.  In European folk traditions it was used in fertility charms and as a sleep aid.

Medicinally catnip is still a popular herb for calming nervousness, promoting restful sleep, colds, flu, mild pain relief, as an antispasmodic, supportive of healthy digestion, and soothing to the stomach. Considered a very safe and gentle herb, it is popular as a sleep and relaxant aid, for digestive spasms, and diarrhea in both children and infants. Catnip can also be smoked, and used externally for cuts, burns, bites, and skin problems.

~Lavender is native to the Mediterranean coastline, Eastern Europe, Nothern Africa, and South Asia where it was long used in cooking, perfumery, and for medicine. Documented in Ancient Egypt to perfume mummified corpses and as a ceremonial incense. The Greeks and Romans used lavender ritualistically to represent love, protection and purification. Additionally, they found it effective for relaxation and sleep.

Lavender’s primary medicinal use is as a nervine. It relaxes to the nervous system and is helpful for tension, agitation,  nervousness, and as a sleep aid. Additionally, lavender is a muscle relaxant and helps with minor pains, strains, or spasms. Lavender has a bitter quality making it suitable for digestive support, stimulating bile secretions to break down fats, acts as an antispasmodic, and eases gas or bloating. It can be helpful for expelling mucous in the nose and throat.
