Where stress is directly affecting the heart is one of it's main indications. Additonally, motherwort acts on the digestive tract and liver, helps support the nervous system, is anti-inflammatory, and antispasmodic. Tonifing to the uterus and balancing to women's hormonal changes including pms, menopause, and regulates menstruation.
~Hibiscus is native to Africa, Asia, North and South America, Australia, and the Pacific Islands. It has a long history of use in folk traditions for heart, cardiovascular support, as well as regulating blood pressure and cholesterol. It possess anti-inflammatory agents, is supportive to liver function, has antibacterial and antifungal properties, and aids in digestive issues such as bloating or constipation.
