This gentle but effective food-herb formula acts to relax the mental, emotional, and physical aspects of an individual. Herbs such as passionvine, catnip, and lavender help to support nervous systen health, and are effective in promoting calm, and emotional balance. For physiological relaxation herbs such as turmeric, rosemary, ginger, and hibiscus were incorporated to act on muscular tension and decrease inflammation in the body which can lead to pain and unease thereby imbalancing mental or emotional health. Also included is the spice, cardamom, for it's abilities to fight inflammation, bacteria, improves lung and cardiovascular health, and digestion-related issues such as gas, or stomach bloating.

~This herbal preparation is mixed with blackberries and lemons. This enhances not only the taste but adds more nutrients such as high levels of vitamin C, and antioxidants.

~This formula is a vinegar oxymel tonic, one of the most ancient forms of medicine preparation. Dating back to Mesopotamian, Egypt, Greece, and Persian traditions. Vinegar is a wonderful extraction method which adds more nutritional benefit, is alcohol free, and safe for children. To make a vinegar tonic into an oxymel you simply add honey.  A standard application in Greek medicine. I use only organic, raw apple cider vinegar which also includes a multitude of benefits such as detoxifying properties, live enzymes, friendly bacteria, acts as a cardiovascular tonic, blood sugar balancing, digestion, liver, and lymphatic support.
