Ingredients~ Passionflower, catnip, chamomile, mugwort, lavender, blackberries, vegetable glycerine, water (alcohol free) 2 ounces (60ml)

Directions~ One half dropper, approximately 40 drops, up to three times daily or as needed. Please consult a qualified health practitioner if you are taking prescription medications.

~Passionflower's first recorded use dates back to the Aztecs, and is native to the Southeastern United States, Central America, and South America. First Nations people such as the Creek and Cherokee used passionflower as both food and medicine. It's primary uses are as a nerve tonic and to promote relaxation. It has a mild sedative action, will support restful sleep, and calms the mind. It also acts as an antispasmodic, helps relax painful spasms, has mild pain relieving properties such as nerve pain, and beneficial for hormonal irregularities such as premenstrual syndrome. Additionally, passionflower has been documented to help with side effects from drug withdrawal.

~Catnip is native to Europe and Asia and naturalized to North America where it was used by First Nations people such as the Iroquois tribes and Cherokee as an overall strengthening tonic. Catnip has mild relaxant qualities and can be very useful for irritability, sleeplessness, and as an antispasmodic. Poultices from leaves and flowers are used to relieve soft tissue inflammation such as hemorrhoids or hives. It was also utilized in traditional folk medicine to allay a range of digestive challenges. It was considered particularly useful for soothing the stomach, enhancing digestion, reducing flatulence, infantile colic, and for naseau. Known to be a safe and suitable herb for children. Additonally, catnip has been used in cases of the cold or flu, as well as to induce sweating.

~Chamomile has been used as an herbal and spiritual remedy for thousands of years in ancient Egypt, Greece, Rome and Europe. Spiritually chamomile was used in folk traditions to bring emotional balance, and banish negative energy.
Chamomile has several applications medicinally, but is best known for it's use in as a nervine relaxant and for digestion. As a nervine, chamomile is soothing to  tense nervous system states. This action is prominent in the enteric nervous system (the collection of nerves in and around the intestines). It is often used for irritability, hypersensitiveness, nervousness, sleep troubles, and stress. As a bitter tonic it is used for digestion, food allergies or sensitivities, antispasmodic, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, pain relieving, and useful for skin conditions. Chamomile is a gentle herb and can be used safely for most infants, children, and elders. The primary caution for those who may have allergies to the Asteraceae  family (aka the daisy family).

~Mugwort has a long traditional of use in Europe and Asia. In folk traditions, mugwort was seen as protective both spiritually and physically. It was often hung above a bed, or burned to expel unwanted energy. Known famously as "the dreaming herb" as it is known to enhance the ability to have lucid dreams and enhance intuition. Mugwort was used for nervous system support, digestive support, female reproductive balancer, expeler of intestinal parasites, and supportive to the spleen, liver, and kidneys. As a nervine tonic it works to relax tension, has mild sedative effects, and soothes nervousness, and anxiety. 

~Lavender is native to eastern Europe, northern Africa and the Mediterranean. It folk ritual use, lavender often represents love, protection and purification. Lavender has multiple applications such as for  nervous system support, mild sedative, pain relief, mood enhancer, antimicrobial, antispasmodic, relief from headaches, and digestive support. It is incredibly relaxing to the nervous system. It is very effective with restlessness, anxiety, insomnia, and agitation.

~Blackberries are a wonderful compliment to this formula as they are not only incredibly delicious but also have a myriad of benefits. Blackberry plants were used for traditional medicine by Greeks,  Europeans, and aboriginal Americans as a cough suppressant, fever reducer, lung and urinary infections, bowel issues, bug bites, and boils. Spiritually, blackberry leaves were commonly used for protection, prosperity, and healing. Blackberries are anti-inflammatory, antiviral, increase brain performance, and contain cardiovascular supportive properties. They are packed with vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants.
